The Office of Advancement was established in 1998 to raise the profile of the Faculty, as well as private funds to support its mission of offering internationally recognized research, teaching, creative practice, and critical discourse in the disciplines of architecture, landscape architecture, and urban design. More recently, the undergraduate program in architectural studies and visual studies have been added to our academic offerings.
We look to our graduates and friends in professional practice, as well as in the broader community, to provide continuity and to be engaged with the important educational advances being made by the Faculty and in helping to shape the design professions in Canada and beyond.
As a graduate of the Faculty, you are part of a network of more than 3,506 alumni pursuing diverse careers and successful practice in more than 34 countries around the world. Our alumni continue to be the best advocates and evidence that the work we do matters, as they are recognized at home and abroad with prestigious awards including the Canada Council for the Arts, the leading award in architecture, the Prix de Rome, the Governor General’s Medals in Architecture, as well as the American Society of Landscape Architects Awards.
We invite you to participate in the future of the Faculty, lending your time, expertise, and generosity to benefit the generation of architects, landscape architects, designers and artists that will soon join you as part of our esteemed alumni community.
