Master of Landscape Architecture Student-Professionals Networking Event

-

Main Hall, Daniels Building (1 Spadina Crescent)

The John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design cordially invites all current Master of Landscape Architecture students to participate in this winter’s MLA Student-Professionals Networking Event.

This is a great opportunity to learn from alumni and professionals in the field who are in attendance to share their experience and advice with students in the Master of Landscape Architecture program. Meet new people, make important connections that could help you in the future, and learn advice that can help inform your future career path! This is an event you don’t want to miss!

Program

  • Assembly - Students/Professionals arrive
  • Welcome and Introductions
  • Speed Networking Sessions
  • Informal Reception to follow - light refreshments and snacks

How it Works

Students will alternate—moving from table to table—to meet and pose questions to participating professionals about their/firm's practice, as well as to gain knowledge into prospective career paths. Mentors will introduce themselves and share advice on transitioning from school into professional practice.

Be sure to come prepared with questions!
