Assistant Professor Tom Bessai will participate as a panelist and presenter at McGill University's School of Architecture's Working Models Forum, taking place May 8-10, 2014. The 3-day event, organized by Michael Jemtrud and the Facility for Architectural Research in Media and Mediation (FARMM), will bring scholars and practitioners together to examine the "nature, status, and productivity of our inventive capacity to meaningfully reconfigure the world and to make things." The Forum will consist of various panel discussions, presentations, a prototyping charette and an exhibition.

Bessai, founding partner of architecture firm Denegri Bessai Studio with Daniels Faculty Instructor Maria Denegri, will present his current research and teaching on adaptive architecture during the Mobilizing Models session on Saturday, May 10.
