10.01.18 - Join Pina Petricone for "From the spoon to the city," January 18
Associate Professor Pina Petrocone and partner Ralph Giannone, principals of the firm Giannone Petricone Associates Architects, will host a conversation on January 18 on the relationship between interior architecture and urban design. This free lecture will take place at Sala da Pranzo, Terroni (57 Adelaide St. East), and registration is required.
From the event description:
At Giannone Petricone, we relish in the creativity of the bespoke details of each piece, building, and urban fabric. From the spoon to the city, we dwell on those design resolutions and their tectonic articulations that define a new urban dweller. We sweat the details. Streetscape, hardware, façades, furniture, landscape, lighting, art – all are afforded equal, customized weight for a holistic, project-specific approach.
Enjoy cocktails and hors-d'oeuvres as Principals, Ralph Giannone and Pina Petricone lead a conversation on how interior architecture intersects with urban design strategies and building design to create an encompassing, inspired experience.
