06.05.15 - 13 things that haven't changed over the years
2015 marks the 125th anniversary of the establishment of the first architecture program in Canada at the University of Toronto. This program was the origin of U of T's current programs in architecture, landscape architecture, and urban design. Together with the University’s programs in Visual Studies, these disciplines form the basis of the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design.
To celebrate, we will be hosting an exhibition about the history of the Faculty which will run from Saturday, May 30 until mid September, 2015. The public is also invited to a day-long event featuring panels of alumni and faculty on Saturday, May 30 from 11 AM - 5 PM. Alumni are invited to a cocktail reception at the Royal Ontario Museum on the evening of Saturday, May 30 (registration is required).
Looking back on our 125 year history, we have found that some things never change. Here are 13 of them.
