As the Manager, Academic Programs, Christopher oversees the Daniels Faculty's Programs Office, ensuring top-tier support for faculty, administrators, and instructional teams across undergraduate and graduate programs. His responsibilities include managing accreditation, academic governance, and quality assurance processes. In collaboration with academic leadership, Christopher also contributes to strategic planning initiatives and program-specific priorities.
Christopher brings two decades of experience in higher education, with roles ranging from residence hall director to team lead at a tech firm specializing in admissions and recruitment software. At the University of Toronto, he has served in various units, including the UTM Department of Management, Division of Engineering Science, and the Temerty Faculty of Medicine MD Program, where he was the Manager, Strategic Projects and Accreditation.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, a master’s degree in Theological Studies, and a Master of Education with a focus on Education in the Professions. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Higher Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. His research interests fall broadly within the Sociology of Higher Education, focusing on issues of access, equity, and persistence, especially in graduate and professional degree programs.
