Heirloom Architecture: Permanence through Modern Revival

There is beauty in legacy. When architecture endures through generations, it becomes sentimentally and culturally substantial. These familiar heirlooms can offer deep dimensions of meaningful agencies, robust performance, resilient versatility, and idiosyncratic craft. Together, they formulate a context of belonging and existential origin. These can be places where our deepest identities and understandings of life take root. In a series of thought-drawings, various architectural elements such as cladding, columns, floors, and ceilings are (re)imagined with new affability, functionality, adaptability, and craftsmanship. Although the anxiety of erasure is ever before us, the aspiration is to design and build sustainable continuance. The pursuit of long-term architectural visions and prosperity helps us find legacy in the territories we call home.
